Whisk together in a large bowl:

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ cup almond flour

½ cup coconut flour

1 Tablespoon baking powder

5 Tablespoons psyllium husk powder (Traders Joes carries this)

¼ teaspoon salt

Stir into the dry ingredients above:

1 ½ cups egg whites

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3 Tablespoons melted butter or oil (I use avocado oil from Costco)

Slowly pour over and stir into above ingredients:

1/3 to 3/4 cup hot water (start with the lesser amount and add until the dough expands to 1 ½ to 2 times the size)

Line baking sheet or bread pan with parchment paper for easy removal when bread is done.  Preheat oven to 350F.  If you are going to bake in a loaf form use 9x5 and bake for 60-75 minutes, testing with a toothpick for doneness.  Or you can use a cookie sheet and make 10-12 small rolls and bake for 45-60 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.  After cooled I use what I want for that day and keep in an air tight container in the freezer for the next time.

Serves 12. Each serving has 7.5 g of carbs and 5.09 g of fiber. Total NET CARBS = 2.41 g.
