Spicy Beef on Cucumber Boats
Ingredients
Create a simple appetizer or dinner in just minutes! Beyond Organic Ranch Roast is seasoned, fully cooked, fork-tender pulled beef that comes in 1.5 pound frozen packages. 505 roasted green chili sauce adds a spicy kick to the beef. Paleo “Salad” Pizza
I have made this pizza before. I use the baba-ghanoush as the sauce, and then throw my favorite Mediterranean toppings on the pizza. At patient appreciation day I used cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and arugula that I dressed in the seasoned olive oil from the sun dried tomatoes. This pizza Easy to serve room temperature at a party.

This is a great mix, but adding the above ingredients gives the brownie a better texture. At patient appreciation day we added 4 oz of dark chocolate. These tips were given to us by our friend Joy Paul at TM Building Damage and Restoration. She is a great baker!
Gluten Free Coffee Cake
Ingredients
1/4 c. coconut oil
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk (coconut or raw)
1 1/2 c. almond flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 – 3/4 c. almond flour
1 1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. honey
